The 90/10 principle that could apply to stress management
I happened to receive this thoughtful slides by email. Can’t trace where does it come from but I found it very helpful in managing one’s stress which could lead to unbalanced life. Stress to a certain extend depends on our perception and how we choose to manage a situational stress
